Let’s go back. Back to the days when there were no computer screens, no mobile devices, and no television boxes – the days when there were no shortcuts and no instant gratification from the click of a button.
It’s almost impossible to even fathom, but, believe it or not, there was such a time. Obviously, technology did eventually come into the scene, but what if it didn’t? What would the world be like if this never happened?
There were different stages of time in which people worked with various resources in order to survive. The Stone, Copper and Bronze, Iron, and Ancient ages were the periods of time when human beings were just trying to survive. Then, the Medieval, Renaissance, and Industrial periods came with the various centuries following. Here is when technology slowly started to evolve.
But, let’s not go through all of that. Rather let’s take a look at the event in which computers were invented. This revolutionized our society and was the initial turning point for all technology that now exists.
It all started with Charles Babbage when he originated the idea of a computer. From there, more complex computers were created. Now, it is very rare for someone to not own a computer.
Without Babbage’s idea, there would be no computer. This new way of living, working, organizing and more, would be non-existent.
What do you think it would be like without computers?
